F.A.Q.
1. Do you provide the alcohol?
No — Tennessee River Bartending is a dry bar service, which means you supply the alcohol and I handle everything else. I work with you to create a customized shopping list based on your guest count and drink preferences, so you don’t have to guess what to buy.
2. What’s included in your bartending service?
I provide professional bartenders, a full bar setup, bar tools, coolers, mixers, garnishes, and custom signage. You bring the alcohol, and we take care of the rest — including setup and cleanup.
3. Do you offer mocktails or non-alcoholic options?
Yes! I'm happy to create a mocktail menu for all-ages events, baby showers, or guests who prefer zero-proof drinks. Just let us know during booking.
4. How far do you travel for events?
I'm based in Muscle Shoals and serve Central and North Alabama. I'm open to traveling further depending on the event — just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
5. How much does mobile bartending cost?
Pricing depends on your guest count, hours of service, and event needs. Most of our events fall between $800–$1,800. Fill out our quote form for a custom estimate — we’ll walk you through exactly what’s included.
6. Do you bring the bar setup?
Yes — I always bring a professional bar setup to every event. That includes a bartop, coolers, bar tools, signage, and anything else needed to serve drinks smoothly and efficiently.
7. Can you help us decide how much alcohol to buy?
Definitely! Once I know your guest count, event length, and drink preferences, I’ll send you a customized shopping list so you know exactly what to get — no overbuying or guessing.
8. Do you provide cups, napkins, or ice?
Ice is included with every service. I can also provide cups, napkins, and straws upon request — just let me know what you need and I’ll include that in your quote.
9. Can you serve signature cocktails or themed drinks?
Absolutely. Whether you want a wedding cocktail, seasonal drinks, or something to match your party theme, I’ll help you create a custom menu that fits your event and your crowd.
10. Are you insured?
Yes — I’m fully licensed and insured to provide bartending services at private and public events. If your venue requires proof of insurance, I can provide that upon request.
